About Us

Andalucian Estates is a small family run business, run by myself, Nina Giles, and my husband Bob.

I moved here from the UK with my family after 5 long years of searching for the right property. We eventually bought our house and moved to Cuevas De San Marcos, Andalucia about 4 years ago.

Originally, we had moved over to open a guest house, but once we'd moved and settled into the way of life in the village, we were approached by quite a few of the locals to see if we could sell their properties for them and decided to open an estate agency in the village as well. Most recently, we have started advertising rental properties, as tourism in the area has increased.

You will notice in the description that if we feel there is work required we have said so, if we feel the owners are asking a little bit too much for their house we have also put this in, trying to be as realistic and as honest as we can be. There is no point in describing a property as "Ready to move into" if the roof is non-existent or there is no water or electric connected. It wastes both your time and ours when it comes to the viewings, not only that but it wastes your money, in flights and accommodation.

Due to the fact that we are trying to be honest as we can, we would hope that any potential buyer is as honest with us. Do give us a good idea of the property you require and the budget you are working to. If you do not see anything that you are looking for after looking at the proerties we have on the site, still get in touch. We have made so many contacts that nine times out of ten, we can find something that will suit your wishlist if we have an accurate description and budget.

The other thing we firmly believe in, is that you should know who we are and where we are, so that if you require any help at any time you can come round or phone us for assistance. At the end of the day we are going to be neighbours, or just in a nearby village.

If you decide to hire a car during your stay we have an arrangement with Helle Hollis, situated at Malaga airport,and by using our membership number, which is HO486, you can claim a 15% discount on the car hire. Alternatively if you require collection from the airport we can arrange this and the fee to bring you here and return you to the airport at the end of your stay is 80 Euros, the vehicle will take 6 adult passengers and their luggage.

Last but not least, while you are here we would be happy to introduce you to people who have purchased local property, both through us and from other estate agents. We think the chance to talk to them first hand about their experiences will be invaluable for you.
